I'm looking for a buddy for the Lock 21 dive on Sunday July 26th. Anyone available??

Hi, I might be interested to go, I just need to find a baby sitter for the boy, I'll get back to you in the next couple of days

Man, we really need to organize a dive club LOL. A nice winter project seems to be developing.

Lock 21 dive is supposed to be a picnic type event (hoping for good weather) with dives of course. I had suggested meeting at the site for 10am. We should co-ordinate also as to what foods people are bringing.

Hope I don't disappoint anyone, but I'll have to forego this event. I'm not up for a picnic activity...helping a friend move, etc etc. Have a good day, if you have it. They are not forecasting very nice weather, as usual.

No problem Guy. We will try our best to have a good time without you, but.....you have to make sure we have an awesome time next time you are out LOL.

As for the weather, it seems that is the usual for this year anyway. :-(

I meant disappoint someone that would not have a buddy because I wasn't there, like Fred. However, I will do my best next time to amuse you.

don't worry about me Guy, I might HAVE to do the family thing, my gf's only day off untill the end of next week :cry: I might have to miss a dive :cry:

aw well, the season is never over anyways, still plenty of time to dive :biggrin:

If I don't make it, I hope you all have a good dive...

So far we are all playing it by ear. Watching the weather and deciding in the morning whether to leave Ottawa or not. I think the new time is now 9am IF people go. No plans for a picnic though.
