Would you know if your nose was broken?

So, I finally got to visit an ENT doctor today and he feels that my nose was broken at some point and thus I have a severely deviated septum, which will be surgically corrected in February.

Anyone who was around for all the toe surgery jokes a couple years back, here is your chance to go at it again. This time, who "nose" what the jokes might be.

Is that why you couldn,t dive sometimes and you thought it was allergies or did this agavate your allergies?

I think this just made the allergies and/or colds worse. This specific problem should not affect my equalizing as it is external to the sinuses.
