2009 Price Increases

As with many of our manufacturers/suppliers, we will be raising the prices on some of our services for 2009, taking effect January 1st.

Increases will be small, but will applied to tank fills, tank services, regulator services and some courses.

Any fill cards purchased before January 1st 2009 will be at this years rate and they do not expire. Any equipment brought in to us before January 1st 2009 will also be billed at this years service rates.

Just to give everyone an idea of the price increases from our Canadian distrubutors (TUSA, Genesis, Akona, Trident, Oceaner, Scubapro, and more), they have been giving us "heads up" notices of price increases of anywhere from 10 to 25 percent starting as early as next week. Now is the time to buy if you are looking for something in the near future.

Most of our US suppliers have been quiet, the main issue there is the new value of our Canadian dollar as we have mentioned before. At least we seem to be gaining a bit again.

Scubapro is one of the last companies we are still waiting on 2009 pricing from. They will be increasing their prices on March 1st but they have not said how much higher.

Just over 1 week left to get Scubapro products at 2008 prices. We are estimating a 10-15% increase, much like other companies.
