Active Topics Double Clicking?

Lately, selecting any of the Active Topics menu bar drop downs often gets registered as a double click, returning a message which goes something like "You must wait 15 seconds between searches." It doesn't happen absolutely every time. I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this.

It happens to me every time. It's a little annoying but I can live with it.

Seems to happen to me all the time from home and less so from work, but my browser both at home and at work is IE6

IE6 from home. Definitely not 100% consistent. (I just tried it again.)

I use it mostly from work. I'll try to find out what browser we have... It did not happen this morning!!!

For the record, I am using IE7 here at work as well as at home and not had this issue.

Firefox 3, rc1 on linux, no problems.
