Important Notice for all Ikelite Dealers:
Use of the new #5510.75 Extension with the Nikon 105mm VR lens requires modification to existing #5510.16 and #5510.22 Port Bodies. This modification expands the inner diameter of the port body to accept the large base of the Nikon 105mm VR lens.
All existing #5510.16 and #5510.22 Port Bodies operate with the #5510.75 Extension and Canon 100mm USM lens without modification.
Port Bodies may be returned directly to Ikelite to be modified for use with the Nikon 105mm VR lens. The Port Body will be modified and shipped to the customer at no charge (within the US and Canada only). Any freight charges incurred by the return of the Port Body to Ikelite is the responsibility of the customer. No pick-ups or freight reimbursements will be issued.
Modified Port Bodies will work in all other installations. Port Bodies produced after 4/15/08 will include this modification. These Port Bodies will bear the designation: RATED 200FT (60m) LARGE DIA on the flange that rests against the housing body.
