When you say "formal" do you mean Formal as in "black tie" a.k.a penguin suit or Formal as in suit and tie?

The "dive" has been corrected to read "diver" Dale.

As for the degree for dress formality, I suggest contacting the OBSC at the email address supplied as I do not have the answer to your question Rick.
