Hey Guys, I am looking into going to a side mount config. I have talked to many people over the last few days and thanks to Tom, found this forum.

I current use double Worthington 130's and my back is killing me! So I am debating about going to side mount. I talked to Curt Bowen from ADM and he gave me some insight about gear type and config. Unfortunatly, he is not a "regular" cold water, deco diver. He tended to agree when I mention that.

I am curious to know if the Nomad is better for this type of diving then the Armadilo due to it's increase lift ability. My dive profiles tend to be 150' for 20-30 minutes and the biggest deco bottle I ever plan to bring down with me is a 40. Does anyone using side mounts do this type of diving?

As for comfort and use under a drysuit - which one feels better?

Now the ultimate question... Some people I talk to you say they don'w use any way, except some on the tank. But if you were to unclip one of the tanks to feed through a tight opening, what is keeping your body down? Is everyone using weight belts?

Sorry for the newbie question, but I want to make sure that if I go to a sidemount system, that it won't be something I will regret!
