E-mail Relay Enabled

For new users, change the default config to enable relaying of e-mail to users. (I don't know if this was changed in any of the software upgrades, but wasn't on when I created my account.) That's the setting under User CP / Options / Messaging & Notification / Receive Email from Other Members. It would even be nicer if this could also be enabled for all existing users.

Particularly for the less computerphilic or infrequent forum users, having a separate mailbox-like thing ranges from inconvenient to not useful to an impediment for those that don't know about Private Messaging or can't figure it out.

Can't find any way to mass change that. Since it is more of a personal or privacy issue, I think members will have to change that setting for themselves. I will keep looking though.
